Google unveils artificial intelligence for video generation from audio

Google has created Veo 3 - an artificial intelligence that can generate videos and include audio in them. This new tool competes with OpenAI's video generator Sora but stands out with the ability to synchronize audio with video.

Ali Collins, vice president of products at Google DeepMind, explained that Veo 3 works with text and image prompts, providing accurate lip synchronization and realistic physics. The tool is available for users on Google's Ultra plan for $249.99 per month, as well as for the Google Vertex AI enterprise platform.

Google also introduced Imagen 4 for generating higher quality images based on user prompts and the Flow tool for movie creation. These innovations were released in the context of the growing popularity of generative artificial intelligence in the fields of images and video.

Google's journey with image generators has its challenges. Last year, the company relaunched Imagen 3 due to issues, and co-founder Sergey Brin acknowledged that this happened due to inadequate testing. Additionally, Google updated its video generator Veo 2 and introduced the Lyria 2 music generation model for creators and businesses.
