Construction works in Ukraine have increased by 6.7%.


Prices for construction and installation works have increased by 6.7%
The State Statistics Service reported that in the first quarter of 2025, prices for construction and installation works in Ukraine rose by 6.7% compared to the previous year.
The highest price growth is noted in residential construction (7.2%), in the non-residential sector (7%), and in engineering construction (6.3%). Compared to the fourth quarter of 2024, the increase was 1.9% in residential, 2.1% in non-residential and 1.9% in engineering construction.
According to monthly data, in March 2025 compared to March 2024, prices for construction works increased by 6.8%. In the residential sector, the growth was 7.1%, in non-residential - 7.2%, and in engineering - 6.4%.
Compared to February this year, prices increased by 1% in the residential sector, by 0.7% in non-residential and by 0.6% in engineering construction. These trends reflect the overall dynamics of rising prices for construction works across all sectors of construction over the past year.
The increase in prices for construction and installation works in Ukraine may affect the cost of housing for the population and corporate clients. It also indicates the overall dynamics of the development of the construction industry in the country and the demand dynamics for such services.
