Salaries of officials in Ukraine have soared: who receives nearly 500 thousand hryvnias.


Salaries of officials in Ukraine are increasing
According to the Ministry of Finance, the salaries of civil servants in Ukraine are constantly rising, exceeding the average level in the country. In April this year, central government institutions paid an average of 57.2 thousand hryvnias, which is 19.3% more than last year.
According to the Pension Fund, the average official salary of Ukrainians in May was 19.9 thousand hryvnias, an increase of 17.9% compared to the previous year.
In central government structures, 21,995 people received salaries, with the highest incomes in the Accounting Chamber (117.5 thousand hryvnias), the National Energy and Utilities Commission (102.0 thousand hryvnias), and the National Anti-Corruption Agency (86.2 thousand hryvnias).
The top managers of the energy commission, the leadership of the anti-corruption agency, and the agency for art and artistic education are at the top of the ranking with the highest salaries among the management of state bodies. The average income of the leadership staff of the energy committee is 470.4 thousand hryvnias.
A total of 502 managers receive an average salary of 126.6 thousand hryvnias per month.
