According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as of the morning of February 18, 2025, Russian occupiers have suffered significant losses.
Updated losses of Russia in the war
As of February 18, Russia has suffered the following losses in the war against Ukraine:
- personnel - about 861090 (+1170) people,
- tanks - 10101 (+12) units,
- combat armored vehicles - 21075 (+12) units,
- artillery systems - 23275 (+53) units,
- MLRS - 1285 (+2) units,
- air defense systems - 1068 (+2) units,
- aircraft - 370 (+0) units,
- helicopters - 331 (+0) units,
- operational-tactical UAVs - 25224 (+152),
- cruise missiles - 3064 (+1),
- ships / boats - 28 (+0) units,
- submarines - 1 (+0) unit,
- automotive vehicles and fuel tankers - 37679 (+174) units,
- special equipment - 3751 (+1).
Activity of the occupiers' fleet
- One enemy ship registered in the Black Sea;
- No enemy ships in the Sea of Azov;
- Four enemy ships present in the Mediterranean Sea, of which three are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 26 missiles.
In the last day, as part of the actions of the Russian Federation, through the Kerch Strait, the following have proceeded:
- to the Black Sea - five vessels, of which three continued their movement towards the Bosporus Strait;
- to the Sea of Azov - 11 vessels, of which two were moving from the Bosporus Strait.
In total, the full-scale war in Ukraine has now lasted for 1091 days.
