The country's train stations paralyzed by queues due to a massive failure: details from 'UZ'.

Long queues at train station ticket offices due to problems with the 'Ukrzaliznytsia' system
Today, March 23, in Ukraine, there are large queues at train station ticket offices due to serious problems in the 'Ukrzaliznytsia' system. This was reported by the 'Glavkom' website, referencing the press service of 'UZ'.
This morning, visitors are facing significant queues at ticket offices, as the mobile app and website of 'Ukrzaliznytsia' are not functioning.
Today, our ticket offices and cashiers across the country, station attendants, train crews, and station workers have taken on additional workload. We are doing everything possible to ensure the uninterrupted movement of trains while the online service systems are being restored, so that all passengers can travel - it is stated in the message.
Tickets for all trains, including international departures on March 23 and 24, can be purchased at train station ticket offices. In addition, 'Ukrzaliznytsia' has offered passengers the opportunity to return their tickets through the online system.
To do this, you need to send a scanned copy or a clear photo of the ticket and a contact phone number to the email [email protected] one hour before departure. The return request will be processed within 3 days from the moment the service is restored - they noted at 'UZ'.
Specialists are working around the clock to ensure that the system is fully operational by tomorrow morning.
We remind you that due to a failure in the IT system of 'Ukrzaliznytsia', online services are not functioning, such as purchasing tickets through the mobile app or website, as well as obtaining services and information online.
