Shot at a car – a man injured a child in Ivano-Frankivsk region.


An incident occurred in the village of Kobaky, Kosiv district, Ivano-Frankivsk region, where an unknown person used pneumatic weapons, resulting in a child being injured.
This was reported by the press service of the police of Ivano-Frankivsk region.
What is known about the incident
The father of a 12-year-old boy reported on the hotline '102' that an unknown person opened fire on his Renault Kangoo car, as a result of which the bullet passed through the rear window and injured his son in the shoulder.
The boy was immediately hospitalized. Fortunately, his life and health are not in danger.
An operational group arrived at the scene. During the investigation, the police found out that the shot was fired from a pneumatic pistol.
The perpetrator turned out to be a 57-year-old resident of the same village. During a search of his house, law enforcement officers seized two pneumatic pistols.
The man refused to undergo a sobriety test.
In this regard, investigators opened a criminal proceeding under part 4 of article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – hooliganism with the use of weapons.
It is worth noting that today a similar situation occurred in the Desnyansky district of Kyiv. A man was killed in his car.
Earlier, in Kyiv, law enforcement officers detained a man who shot at a car where a woman with a child was.
