Military, Medical Workers and IDPs: Who Received Loans Under the eOselya Program.


More than 1.3 thousand Ukrainian families received housing loans
In 2025, 1,345 Ukrainian families benefited from the affordable mortgage program eOselya. They received loans totaling over 2.4 billion UAH.
According to the Ministry of Economy, since the program's inception, loans totaling over 26.5 billion UAH have been provided to 16,185 citizens.
'The program is most popular among military personnel and law enforcement. Favorable conditions with a 3% rate apply to these categories of citizens, as well as to medical workers, educators, scientists, and their family members. For other citizens, including combatants, veterans, and IDPs, the mortgage rate is 7%,' said Andriy Telyupa, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
Last week, Ukrainians received 60 loans totaling 106 million UAH. Of these, 25 were received by military personnel and law enforcement, 1 by a medical worker, and 2 by educators.
24 Ukrainians without their own housing received loans at a 7% rate, including 7 IDPs and 1 veteran.
By property type, 39 Ukrainians received loans for housing in the primary market, with 14 properties under construction. Additionally, 21 loans were issued for housing in the secondary market.
