In Ukraine, automatic registration of property rights for real estate has been launched.

The Ministry of Community and Territory Development reported that automatic registration of property rights for real estate began in Ukraine after the completion of construction. This means that property rights will be registered automatically after the object is put into operation, without the involvement of a state registrar.

The State Register of Real Rights on Real Estate can obtain information about the commissioning of construction objects for which a special property right has already been registered from the Unified State Electronic System in the Field of Construction.

This service applies to unfinished construction objects, future real estate objects, and registered property rights for unfinished construction objects.

This service also allows for the automatic updating of the technical characteristics of real estate objects, registering property rights, and making changes to the relevant sections of the registration without the involvement of a state registrar. It also enables the registration of encumbrances, the addition of information regarding joint ownership of real estate objects, and performing other registration actions.

The first registrations under the new service have already taken place. This expands the range of services provided automatically, simplifies the provision of services, and reduces the burden on state registrars. It also increases the protection of individuals' rights to real estate by eliminating the possibility of registration based on forged documents.

The automation of state registration processes allows individuals and legal entities to receive a comprehensive service for registration in the State Register of Real Rights on Real Estate from the beginning of construction to its completion.
