On Sunday, April 6, a Day of Mourning was declared in Ukraine for those killed as a result of the Russian attack on Kryvyi Rih. According to Oleksii Kuleba, Deputy Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine and Minister for Communities and Territories Development, all regional centers and cities in Ukraine will observe this day of mourning by lowering flags and observing silence.
As Oleksii Kuleba reported, as a result of the attack on Kryvyi Rih, 18 people were killed, and 74 were injured. Ukraine expresses deep condolences to the families of the deceased and emphasizes that Russia continues to wage war against Ukrainian cities, thus destroying lives and taking lives, including those of children.
The US ambassador also shocked the internet with his reaction to the deadly strike on Kryvyi Rih. Photos of nine children who died as a result of the attack on Kryvyi Rih also emerged online.
