In Russia, one of the most famous universities in the USA has been banned.

The activities of Yale University have been ceased in the Russian Federation due to its research on one of the gravest military crimes of Russia on the territory of Ukraine, Bloomberg reports.
Russia against Yale University
The Russian regime led by Vladimir Putin continues its struggle against the West in various spheres, including education.
The Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation has decided to declare Yale University a 'undesirable organization' and to ban its activities due to its influence on the situation in Russia, according to Russian officials.
What scared the Kremlin
The reason for the ban on Yale University's activities was its work in the field of investigating Russia's military crimes.
The Humanitarian Research Lab, directed by Nathaniel Raymond, uncovered the fact of the abduction of over 30 thousand Ukrainian children by Russians in the occupied territories and submitted a report on this to the UN Security Council.
The lab ceased its activities due to reduced government funding from the Trump administration.
As a result, Russian authorities banned Yale University from functioning due to accusations of investigating serious military crimes, particularly involving abduction and human trafficking in occupied territories. The Russian prosecutor’s office considers the university an 'undesirable organization' and has imposed a ban on its activities within the country.
