UNICEF expands support for large families: what assistance can be obtained in 2024.


The international organization UNICEF has renewed its assistance program for vulnerable families in Ukraine for 2024. According to information on the organization's Facebook page, cash payments have been temporarily suspended, and it is not possible to submit a new application for assistance.
However, UNICEF continues to provide support through other channels and directs it to large families, families with children with disabilities, single parents, and families living near the front line.
The organization has launched a new initiative called "Children's Spots "Spilno". These centers operate in more than 20 cities in Ukraine and provide families with free consultations with doctors and lawyers, assistance in finding housing, and organizing leisure activities for children.

- Zhytomyr and Zhytomyr region;
- Zaporizhzhia;
- Ivano-Frankivsk, Kalush, Kamianets-Podilskyi;

- Kirovohrad region;
- Kryvyi Rih;
- Uzhhorod, Volodymyr;
- Lviv and Lviv region;
- Mykolaiv;
- Odesa and Odesa region;
- Rivne region;
- Ternopil and Ternopil region;
- Uzhhorod;
- Kharkiv and Kharkiv region;
- Kherson;
- Cherkasy and Cherkasy region;
- Chernivtsi and region.
Earlier it was reported that Norway provided funding for new payments from UNICEF in Ukraine.
