The Ukrainian laser complex 'Trizub' demonstrated its great effectiveness in combating aerial targets. It is capable of neutralizing drones, aerial bombs, and rockets at great distances. The commander of the unmanned systems, Vadim Sukharevsky, presented video recordings of tests during a conference. The complex can destroy aircraft at altitudes of over 2 km, blind the optical systems of drones, rockets, helicopters, and planes at a distance of up to 10 km. In the future, laser systems could replace machine guns in groups combating drones.
