In Reserve+, conscripts have generated over 30,000 electronic referrals to the Military Medical Commission.

The Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization, Kateryna Chernohorenko, reported that the Reserve+ application has already created 32,000 electronic referrals to the Military Medical Commission (MMC).
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine implemented electronic referrals to the MMC in January of this year as part of the first stage of the reform.
'Over 30,000 Ukrainians have generated electronic referrals to the MMC instead of going to the TCK and standing in line for a paper that allows them to start a medical examination. This took a lot of Time. As part of the reform, we digitalized this service and made it more humane. But we are not stopping here and continue to work on global changes,' said the Deputy Minister.
The Ministry of Defense reminded that during the first stage of the MMC reform, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, electronic decisions of the MMC were implemented in the Medical Information System of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the examination of conscripts and soldiers, as well as interaction of this system with the Obehrig registry.
The MMC reform aims to make military medical examinations as convenient, faster, and more transparent as possible. This is a complex process that includes the digitalization of procedures and improvement of the regulatory framework.
