Your body is not about standards: Blogger Darya Veris talked about her journey from bullying to self-love.

Blogger Darya Veris shared her story of fighting bullying, which she felt since childhood due to her slenderness. She suffered from nervous exhaustion, lost weight to 39 kg, and began to worry about stress and panic attacks. Darya noted that at one point she even stopped recognizing herself - physically and morally.
Now Darya has fully accepted and loved her body. She actively shares her experiences on social media, providing support to girls who once felt 'not like others.' Her story is yet another confirmation that it is important to accept ourselves as we are.
Interestingly, the Ministry of Education and Science has introduced a special form for reporting cases of bullying. Now a child or their parents can fill out a short questionnaire and send a complaint electronically to involve the school administration and, if necessary, the police in resolving the issue.
