Russia attacked Ukraine at night with missiles and 107 'Shaheds': which regions were affected.

On the night of May 31, Russian terrorists carried out 114 attacks on Ukraine using aerial strikes. This was reported based on information from the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, published by the 'Glavkom' portal.

Type of attack:

• 107 strike drones of the Shahed type and imitation drones of other types were sent in various directions, including Millerovo, Shatalovo, Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Chauda;
• two reactive drones of unknown type arrived from the Belgorod region;
• two guided missiles S-300 arrived from the Kursk region;
• three guided aviation missiles X-59/69 arrived from the airspace of the Belgorod region.

This Time, the main targets were chosen in Kharkiv, Sumy, and Donetsk regions.

Defense against the attacks:

The Ukrainian army repelled aerial attacks using aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, technical support units, and drone systems, as well as mobile fire groups. Currently, 69 Shahed drones and three guided aviation missiles X-59/69 have been destroyed in the east, south, north, and center of the country. 42 of them were shot down, and 30 were lost locally or eliminated by electronic warfare troops.

It has been noted that enemy attacks are taking place at 13 locations. In particular, the 1193rd day of the full-scale war is currently ongoing, during which the enemy has carried out two missile strikes on the positions of Ukrainian troops and civilian settlements, launching four missiles and conducting 85 airstrikes and 6071 shellings, including 88 from rocket launch systems, involving 3,767 kamikaze drones for the attacks.

Ukraine has once again defended itself against large-scale aerial attacks from Russian terrorists, demonstrating a high level of preparedness and effectiveness in defense. The attacks were repelled due to the use of various means and the disciplined actions of the Ukrainian military in fighting back against the aggressor. Despite the provocations and constant attacks, Ukraine continues to fight for its independence and territorial integrity.

Ukraine has once again faced large-scale aerial attacks from Russian terrorists, but thanks to training and effective defense, the attacks were repelled, and many enemy aircraft were destroyed. Despite the challenging circumstances, the Ukrainian army continues to resist steadfastly and protect its country from aggression. The number of attacks indicates the need to strengthen defense and support the Ukrainian military in the fight for peace and independence.
