A fresh mayo-free salad with cabbage, tomatoes, dill, onion, and spices is a great option for summer days. This dish has a simple recipe and lots of flavor. It can be served as an appetizer or a side dish for a main meal.
Ingredients:
- cabbage - 400 g;
- tomatoes - 2 pcs;
- dill - a bunch;
- onion - ½ pcs;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- sugar - 1 tsp;
- salt - ½ tsp;
- spices for Korean carrots - 1.5 tsp;
- 9% vinegar - 1 tsp;
- oil - 4 tbsp.
Preparation method
Chop the cabbage, add tomatoes, diced dill, chopped onion, and grated garlic. Add salt, sugar, spices, vinegar, and oil. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
