Musical Treasures of Ihor Bilozir: Who Owns the Rights to the Songs?.


After the publication of the material about Ihor Bilozir, Olha Hoshovska decided to depict events from another angle. She dismissed the claims of the composer's first wife, Oksana Bilozir, regarding the rights to the apartment, copyright on Ihor Bilozir's creative legacy, and the circumstances of his treatment after the attack.
Rights to the Creative Legacy
Olha Hoshovska reported that the rights to Ihor Bilozir's creative legacy belong to three individuals: Andrii Bilozir, Ruslana Bilozir, and Viktoriia Savchuk. She also emphasized that the copyright to Ihor Bilozir's songs also belongs to the poets who collaborated with him.
Murder of Ihor Bilozir
Olexandr Hoshovska stated that after the attack, no one could recognize Ihor Bilozir, and he died in the hospital alone. She also noted that it was she who fought for justice in the courts for her deceased husband.
