July Holidays in the EU — Festivals, Concerts and Parades.

Every year on July 14, France celebrates Bastille Day. On this day, cities across the country organize parades, fireworks, and concerts. Note that shops and banks are usually closed on July 14.
In particular, July 21 is celebrated as Belgium Day across Europe. All festivities usually take place in the center of Brussels. Due to the celebrations, transportation may change routes, so it is not advisable to rely on it.
Every year on July 25, Saint James' Day is celebrated in Spanish Galicia, who is the patron saint of the country. Tourists should note that on this day, the pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela reaches its peak.
A few days later, on July 27, Finland commemorates the Day of Remembrance for Veterans. Although this is not an official date, thematic events are usually organized in large cities.
Unlike Ukraine, in European countries, shops, banks, and other institutions do not operate during state and religious holidays. If you are planning a vacation in EU countries, it is essential to be aware of these key dates. Therefore, going to Europe this summer can be important, and it is advisable to consult about the working hours of shops and banks on these days to ensure your trip is as comfortable as possible.
