The command of the Airborne Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine revealed the reason for appointing Emil Ishkulov as the commander of the 80th separate airborne assault Galician Brigade. They emphasize his invaluable combat and leadership experience, which will allow his knowledge, skills, and leadership qualities to be used in the activities of the Airborne Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The command also notes Ishkulov as a skilled combat officer who has extensive experience and successfully led combat operations within the 80th Brigade. Earlier, there was information that Ishkulov could be dismissed due to his refusal to carry out a task that exceeded the brigade's capabilities. In addition, the Airborne Assault Forces have launched the implementation of the comprehensive action program "Preserving the Lives of Servicemen", which involves saving the lives of soldiers.
