Who the Regional Recruitment Centers can declare wanted: what military conscripts should know

Currently, mobilization is ongoing in Ukraine, which means that monitoring military registration is of great importance. Territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCC) are not lagging behind, and if someone violates the rules, they may be declared wanted. This news was reported by Channel 24.

Violations of military registration may include actions such as concealing changes in personal data, skipping military medical commissions, or ignoring summons. In such cases, when a citizen becomes 'invisible' to the TCC, they may be searched for with the help of the police.

It is important to keep in mind that TCC employees do not have the authority to detain people – that is already the responsibility of law enforcement. A violator of military registration may be detained by the police for various offenses, from refusing to participate in mandatory training sessions to failing to respond to a request from the TCC. Penalties for such actions range from 850 to 1700 hryvnias, as well as possible restrictions, for example, on the right to drive a vehicle.

It is essential to know your rights and responsibilities during mobilization to avoid unnecessary problems and negative consequences from violations of military registration.
