The head of the occupation management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kherson region insists on personal control of the situation.
Hura is accused of negligent attitude towards military glory (according to Article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Earlier, a 20-second video appeared on social media, in which Hura, recording a greeting for Victory Day near a Soviet monument, laughs, screams, and insults: 'Where's the money?'.
