FT: Zelensky ordered an investigation into the leak of confidential information regarding the agreement with the USA.

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has ordered an investigation into the agreement on minerals, which became known through the details disclosed by MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak. According to his report, the agreement proposes that most of the fund management be represented by the USA, and it also lacks security guarantees from the USA. Zelensky stated that Ukraine would not sign such an agreement that would threaten its accession to the EU.

Financial Times reported that during the investigation, employees of the ministries were checked with a lie detector. The Security Service of Ukraine does not comment on the details of its activities, but it is preliminarily known that employees from several ministries passed the lie detector test.

A representative of the White House denied reports about the agreement on minerals between the USA and Ukraine. At the same Time, Ukraine is ready to sign such an agreement in any convenient format. President Zelensky emphasized that Ukraine is ready for negotiations aimed at approaching peace, and the American President Trump is also ready to resume negotiations if Ukraine changes its position.

It should be noted that as a result of Trump's order, the USA will suspend military assistance to Ukraine, which will be reflected in the supply of missiles and ammunition.
