According to the spokesman of the Air Force, the Israeli scenario is possible only for the situation of Israel. It is there that air defense covers everything needed. In Ukraine, such a possibility is almost zero. The territory of Ukraine is extremely large.

The issue of insurance remains open. Passengers have the right to insurance, but in a war situation, this is quite complicated. As long as rockets are flying overhead, insurance is impossible.
