Booking of Conscripts: PFU provided an important clarification.

The Pension Fund of Ukraine explained the terms for submitting notifications about changes in labor relations for critical infrastructure enterprises
According to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 650 dated 05.06.2024 "Some issues regarding the booking of conscripts during martial law", critical infrastructure enterprises must submit information about personnel changes through the Pension Fund's electronic services web portal no later than the day after the event.
Regarding a specific situation, the Pension Fund illustrated with an example: if an order to transfer an employee to another position is issued on 14.08.2024, and the transfer itself occurred on 20.08.2024, then the notification about the change in labor relations must be submitted no later than 21.08.2024.
The Fund emphasized that the key date is the actual day of the employee's transfer, not the issuance date of the order. This rule applies to all enterprises belonging to critical infrastructure and is important for the correct booking of conscripts during martial law.
Previously, it was reported about the number of Ukrainians who received a booking from mobilization.
Let us remind you, Ukrainians were shown the large gap between pensions.
