British farmers donated nearly 40 off-road vehicles to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As part of the "Pickups for Peace" initiative, volunteers and farmers delivered 38 off-road vehicles to Lviv for the Ukrainian military. This was announced by the head of the Lviv Regional State Administration Maksym Kozytskyi on Facebook.
"And another great piece of news for boosting our defenders' transportation: British farmers and volunteers have delivered another 38 off-road vehicles to Lviv for the needs of Ukrainian warriors," the message says.
Volunteers repainted the pickups and filled them with necessary humanitarian aid.
These vehicles will enhance the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo, the 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after General-Chorąży Marko Bezruchko, the 150th Separate Mechanized Brigade, and other military units.
"The vehicles will help our Defenders to overcome difficult routes, quickly evacuate the wounded, and most importantly, save our people's lives," Kozytskyi wrote.
The charitable initiative "Pickups for Peace" was started back in 2014 by Briton Mark Laird to help Ukraine. During the full-scale invasion, his agricultural colleagues joined him and together brought over 300 vehicles for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
It should be noted that in Latvia, volunteers collected more than 200,000 euros to support the Ukrainian brigade "Azov". Drones and other necessary items were purchased with these funds.
It should be recalled that earlier it was reported that Latvia will hand over combat tracked reconnaissance vehicles CVR(T) previously purchased from the United Kingdom to Ukraine.
Furthermore, Latvia decided to maintain benefits for Ukrainian refugees in the form of free use of public transportation.
It is also worth mentioning that earlier the White House responded to the violation of airspace and the subsequent fall of Russian drones on the territory of NATO member countries Romania and Latvia, emphasizing that this poses a threat from the Russian Federation.
