Tariff Payment Rules
According to the current rules, Vodafone Ukraine automatically activates a backup tariff for subscribers who have not paid for the main package. For contract customers, only outgoing calls are restricted in case of non-payment of the bill, while other services remain available.
Regardless of the payment status, all subscribers have access to incoming calls. The company recommends checking information only on official resources and contacting the call center for clarifications. They also emphasize the importance of technical support in case assistance is needed when communicating with mobile network operators.
Vodafone Ukraine refutes rumors about changes in the rules for blocking numbers due to non-payment of tariffs, additionally reminding about the procedures for activating the backup tariff and the terms of service for its subscribers. Despite this, it is important to verify information on the company's official resources and contact the call center if additional clarifications are needed.
