Ukrainians living in Poland not only have stable jobs but are also actively integrating into the new society. They are an important part of the country's economic life but have encountered negative biases from society regarding themselves. The research showed that more than half of Ukrainians in Poland have not yet decided whether they will stay permanently or return to Ukraine. The main factors for those choosing to return are confidence in the future, the desire to be near family, and a familiar environment. This indicates that emotional and cultural ties to the homeland are more important than economic considerations. Positively, this situation demonstrates the potential for further development of return and integration policies for Ukrainians in Poland.
