To prepare these zucchinis, you will need 1.5 kg of zucchinis, sauce (sadjabeli or ketchup) - 250 g, sugar - 60-70 g, oil - 60-70 ml, 9% vinegar - 50 ml, salt - 15 g, ground pepper - 1 tsp, garlic - 7-8 cloves, greens and water.
Method of Preparation
Slice young zucchinis into 4-5 mm thick rounds and lay them in a baking dish. Separately mix the sauce, sugar, salt, garlic, oil, water, and pepper - this will be the marinade. Pour the marinade over the zucchinis, simmer, and add greens and vinegar. After that, distribute the zucchinis into sterilized half-liter jars, seal, and leave to cool.
